Shop Policies

Processing time:
  • During normal order volume times it will take approximately TWO WEEKS for your order to be ship from the date of completed payment.
  • During higher than normal order volume times it could take up to THREE WEEKS for your order to ship from the date of completed payment.
Estimated USPS shipping times:
This does NOT include the time it takes for your order to process.
  • North America: 3-5 business days.
  • Europe: 10-20 business days.
  • Not all orders will ship via USPS.  High weight/bulk orders such as drinkware may ship via UPS.  You will be notified before shipment of the shipping method used.
  • Actual delivery time is based on the shipping method that you choose during the checkout and payment process.

International Orders/Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
We gladly accept returns so long as we are notified via email ( within 3 business days of your order being marked delivered by USPS, and your order meets the following requirements for returns:
  • Your order has not been worn/used, and is in the original condition that you received it in.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs - if the item is damaged in any way due to our error or mistake, you will be refunded the return shipping & order costs after we receive the product back.  
  • If the order is damaged via the USPS, we will request pictures of the damage to the product, and package so that we may file a claim on your behalf and issue you a refund.
  • Exchanges - We do accept exchanges as long as the product has not been worn/used.  Please contact us within 3 business days of the item being marked delivered by USPS.
